Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your item in its original materials to ensure safe transit, as home decor and furniture are often fragile.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
